🍔 Big news for Cookeville burger lovers!

The iconic West Coast chain In-N-Out Burger is officially planning a location in Cookeville as part of The Willows, a major new retail development just off I-40 and Willow Avenue that will also bring Target and Home Depot to the area.

The Cookeville In-N-Out location is expected to open around October 2026, coinciding with the anticipated opening of The Willows shopping center.

This expansion is part of the company’s larger push into Tennessee after opening its first locations in the state in the Nashville area. Each restaurant typically includes a drive-thru, indoor dining, and patio seating and employs around 75 team members.

Cookeville will be one of many locations planned across the state as the brand continues its expansion throughout Tennessee.
