🏘️ What’s Happening in the Upper Cumberland Real Estate Market?

The Upper Cumberland housing market has been active and steady over the past few months. Homes in our area are selling faster than the national average, which is a good sign for sellers and shows that buyer interest is still strong. In February, homes here sold about 13.6% faster than the national average. Even into the summer, homes continued to move quickly, with June sales happening 2.2% faster than the national pace.

One big reason for this? The Upper Cumberland remains an affordable place to live, especially compared to larger cities. Many buyers are drawn to the area for its lower cost of living, natural beauty, and growing local economy. Mortgage rates have stayed steady, and that’s helping buyers feel more confident about making a move.
