Fellow restaurant owners cautioned Cigi and Michael about the high turnover rates in the industry, advising them to hire double the staff. However, against the odds, over a year has passed since the Exceptional Bean's inception, and they have achieved something truly extraordinary: zero turnover. This incredible statistic speaks volumes about the immense need for such a space within our community.

Since opening their doors, the Exceptional Bean has received over 160 applicants seeking employment. This overwhelming demand further emphasizes the importance and impact of their work within the community.

Our nonprofit organization, SNR Cares, is thrilled to support the Exceptional Bean as the sponsored venture this quarter. All donations received will directly contribute to their expansion plans, allowing them to provide even more employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, funds will be allocated to ensure the smooth operation of the Exceptional Bean, ensuring that every employee receives the support they deserve.
